    People don\u2019t care so much about what life\u00a0means\u2026<\/em>they care about what life FEELS LIKE. Passionate. Joyful. Thrilling. Fulfilling.\u00a0 THAT\u2019S what people want more than\u00a0meaning.\u00a0<\/em><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

    There’s a huge difference between hiring someone and positioning them for success.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    If you want to change the face of a nation, change the economic status of women.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

    The reason we’re STILL talking about closing the gaps for women in business is because most companies are giving lip service instead of truly DOING SOMETHING to change it – it takes more than a slogan or an internal SIG so stop rolling your eyes and do something that causes real change.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

And if need be, you must be ready to roll up your sleeves and stand alongside your people to do it.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

    The most powerful moment is when you see that you own both the breakthroughs AND the breakdowns. Breakdowns aren\u2019t your parents\u2019 fault, your client\u2019s fault, your co-worker\u2019s fault or anyone else\u2019s fault. In that moment, you will understand that YOU CONTROL YOUR FUTURE and that YOU CREATE YOUR DESTINY.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n

    I always wondered why I tend to take the more challenging, unpaved, rockier path. Then I realized my overpowering need to grow outweighs my silent wish to have things be \u201ceasy\u201d. I need to be pushed beyond what I can readily see, stretched out of my comfort in order to redefine it and make it my own. I guess I\u2019m doin\u2019 it exactly the way I intend.<\/h6>\n<\/li>\n
