Job Title: Stock Picker/Packer
Location: Temecula, CA
Duration: 12 Months
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Overtime as needed to meet customer demand)
Pay Range: $19.00 - $19.25 per hour


Position Summary:
This position is a functional role that includes Shipping & Receiving tasks, as applicable. The role may utilize computers for the preparation of materials, supplies, and equipment for shipment. Responsibilities may also include material handling and inventory control to ensure all inventory is maintained accurately and provided to required areas in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:

• Receive materials and accurately store them in the warehouse.
• Prepare orders accurately for shipment to customer sites according to established processes.
• Label and meter packages using various freight systems.
• Pack orders according to specifications and shipping practices, including placing pick lists inside boxes and filling open spaces appropriately.
• Process orders using the SAP system.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse.
• Complete daily preparations for the following day's distribution activities.
• Support divisional initiatives and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform duties within a quality system environment and ensure compliance with applicable governmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• 0-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work overtime as required, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance.
