Description Join the founding team at the reopening Manhasset Cinemas. Oversee picture and sound quality across three auditoriums, working with the Theater & Operations Manager. Build weekly show schedules and playlists; ingest DCPs and manage KDM validity; operate digital projection and sound systems; support private screenings, repertory programming, and community events. Perform presentation checks, routine equipment upkeep, troubleshooting, and technical recordkeeping. Train managers and shift leads on booth operations. Requirements Full working knowledge of modern digital cinema projectors, cinema servers, TMS platforms, DCP formats, and KDM management. Cinema audio and signal-flow knowledge, strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality are essential. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders/lifts, with or without reasonable accommodation. Part-time, hourly, non-exempt. $23–$25/hour, commensurate with experience.
